Hope for India through Jesus Christ
**Hope for India Ministries (HIM) - Nonprofit Summary**
Hope for India Ministries (HIM) is a faith-driven nonprofit with a singular focus: seeking *HIM*. Inspired by Matthew 6:33, *"Seek first the Kingdom of God and its righteousness and all these things will be added to you,"* our foundation is built on the mission to connect hearts with hope by pointing people to Jesus.
In a nation where only 2.3% of the population calls Jesus their one and only Savior, the cry for hope is profound. HIM exists to be a conduit of Heaven, bringing light to the darkness through
service, love, and outreach.
Since its founding in 2018, HIM has operated solely through the generosity of its two founding members, with *100% of every donation going directly to ministry efforts.* These efforts include providing housing, equipping families with tools to foster healthy homes, and training individuals in practical skills to live lives of faith, love, and hope. HIM is committed to partnering with local communities without imposing cultural changes, focusing instead on sharing the transformative power of Jesus through practical support and discipleship.
Our mission is simple: money doesn’t equal hope—Jesus does. Donations are a way of supporting the needs of spreading the Word, which is hope. Through such support, spiritual training, and compassionate care, HIM seeks to equip men to love their wives, teach children biblical truths, and strengthen communities by fostering Christ-centered change.
**HIM's goal is not to Americanize the church but to empower Indian communities by serving them in sustainable, culturally sensitive ways that point individuals toward a saving relationship with Jesus.**
Together, with the help of donors, prayer partners, and supporters, Hope for India Ministries continues to shine the light of hope across India—one heart at a time.
